The Sensual Essence experience is a confidence booster where women build a positive body image while getting a leg, core & upper body work out that DOES NOT feel like EXERCISE.  Shed the shame around sexy & take a break from the real world!

Monthly Group Chair Dance & “Bootytwerkaerobics” Workshop:  This group class is a crash course that covers soup to nuts of creating your own chair dance.  In this 2 hour session you learn floor, standing, chair & booty moves ( or as my friends have nicknamed it A$$ Class).  There is no complicated choreography to remember.  You are given loads of  “language” so you can create your own “dance phrases”.  $30/adv thru e-store , $40/cash, credit or debit at the door.

Private 1-on-1 Sensual Essence:  Have your own personal co-conspire session where Essence guides you to create a chair dance routine of your own.  $50.
